Why can't I change the expressions on my aim!?

Ok, I recently made a new aim s/n. [my 3rd one] and I love it so much! The new name is so me...so I am happy! BUT I can't change my aim expressions!!! I have no idea why!!! I go to iconator.com and try to download it, but nothing popped up! I even clicked the, if icon doesn't show up, click here button, and NOTHING happened! So I went to the aim expressions page and I tried to change the wallpaper, but I couldn't access the page! It said, page was busy blah blah blah. So I thought, maybe it was just my screenname that's not able to get an expression. So I log into my 2 old s/ns and the SAME happened! This has never happen before. I always have been able to change my icons, wallpapers, etc, now I can't! So I think something's wrong w/ my pc. Can you please tell me if you know what's wrong. If you do, can you please tell me how to change it!? Lol Thanks in advance =]



P.S.- When I go to Settings%26gt;Expression, there are these choices for what buddy icons you can use, so I clicked, ';All Buddy Icons'; but nothing is fixed! Please help me!Why can't I change the expressions on my aim!?
I'm having the same issue; I think it's with aim itself because when I log in and watch the catche page it's trying to do some thing with 'Yellow pages'/'Yellow book'.

I think It may only be a ad that's messing it up and hopefully it will be fixed once people complain enough.
