How do i do it to make my own Pictue an AIM buddy icon?

myy friends have no problem doing it they can choose lyk a big pic nd it will juss resize it to fit

butt, for me it doesnt work i do evrytin i can i resize a pic of mine to be rlly small nd it still wont work it just tells me tht it has to be 7168 bytes

with pimpmyicon, use the first tool to make the icon. upload the image and set the time to animate to 10 seconds. this will make it seem not animated. if you want more than 10 seconds, activate the second frame and upload the same image for another 10 seconds and so on...How do i do it to make my own Pictue an AIM buddy icon?
go to franksicons.com or something like that, then when you click on an icon background to use then edit it you can upload a pic to use.
take a picture and use your scanner to put it in a file, then put that file as the picture
