1.) Right Click on the Buddy Icon you want to change it to

2.) Go to ';Save As';

3.) Save it onto ';Desktop'; or any other place that you can remember where you saved it

4.) In AIM, click on ';Prefs'; and then ';Buddy Icons';

5.) Then go to ';Browse PC';, find where you saved your icon, and click on the icon

6.) Click ';Open';

7.) Click ';OK'; on the ';PREFS'; window
