How do I change my AIM buddy icon using AIM Express?

I'm not allowed to install the real version on my computer, so is there any way to use the icon I want to use using the express version of the program? It's saved on my computer and I can upload it to tinypic if necessary. Thanks!How do I change my AIM buddy icon using AIM Express?
