I have a buddy icon that I want to make my avatar on DeviantART. It's an image of The Guy, the grinny dude from Disturbed albums. He's a shockwave image, by which I mean his teeth flash.
I want to change his dimensions from 60 x 60 to 50 x 50 so I can use him as my avatar, but I don't know how to do that without making him into a static image.
How can I change The Guy's dimensions (I'm assuming that's the right word) without having to forfeit the flash of his teeth?How to change the dimensions on an image?
PhotoFiltre is a nice piece of freeware that I use all the time on my images.

photoshop does a good job at shrinking things with little distortion...
bleh...just use irfanview (google it) it's free, and really tiny...look for the 'resize/resample' option in the 'image' menu.... :) 'resample' ensures that the image isn't very distorted...
